OpenAP is seeking a dynamic self-starter to join our Client Services team as a Client Success Manager. This newly created position will play an important role in defining and executing a variety of operational processes to support the growth of OpenID and centrally activated audiences for data-driven video environments that can be shared consistently with any TV publisher for activation and measurement.

You’ll be working with a variety of teams internally and externally to support the execution and measurement of advanced advertising campaigns across OpenAP’s buy-side clients. Success in this role means that the individual will demonstrate a focus on the customer, exhibit excellent communication, have a willingness to pitch in, take direction and execute, as well as the persistence to track ongoing action items and projects to completion. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced, flexible work environment and show a willingness to proactively contribute to discussions around process improvements, services, and the future of the company.

Role Responsibilities:
- Strengthen and grow relationships within an assigned client list
- Work cross-functionally with sales, product, marketing & operations to ensure client deliverables & customer support are provided in a consistent, proactive manner
- Understand and suggest improvements to workflows and platform utilization
- Manage key client information such as revenue & campaign tracking, platform utilization, and expansion
- Generate and deliver reporting and insights for clients, including pre-campaign audience insights and post-campaign cross-platform measurement
- Ensure internal terms have visibility and transparency into pending initiatives and status of client developments
- Plan for and/or launch large-scale cross screen advertising campaigns centralized through the OpenAP platform across premium US television publishers inventory
- Actively monitor campaign orders, audience delivery and utilization to develop insights resulting in recommendations for improvements
Requirements
Must Haves:
- Experience in advertising, with special consideration to those who have experience in video and/or television
- Familiarity with advertising agency workflows and/or the campaign management lifecycle
- Fast response time and sense of urgency with client deliverables
- Nimble and able to wear multiple hats
- Proficiency managing complex projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders across publisher and advertising agency teams
- Able to deliver high-quality results in rapidly changing business environment
- Demonstrated propensity for fast learning and growth
- Entrepreneurial spirit and passion to drive revenue and success for clients
- Organized and precise, believes that details matter and good execution is execution that is both on-time and high quality
- Looks forward to the chance to build and implement processes from the ground up
Nice to Haves:
- Understanding of audience targeting and advertising optimization tactics
- Previous experience in an agency, publisher account or operations role
