We're hiring a strategic and hands-on Advisory Lead for the Marketing and Advertising Services team within Cognizant's Moment practice. In this role, you'll build a global team of Marketing and Content specialists recognized for crafting innovative solutions that seamlessly blend creativity with cutting-edge technology. In this role, you will:

• Design strategic solutions: Collaborate with Cognizant leaders during early client engagements and RFP responses to craft tailored marketing and advertising proposals-both independently and as part of a team.

• Lead initial delivery: Once the client commits to a proposed solution, drive the engagement forward and lead the initial implementation. As delivery stabilizes, gradually scale back hands-on involvement while maintaining strategic oversight and accountability.

• Refine and scale offerings: Capture client feedback to continuously improve solutions. Standardize core materials and frameworks to enable broader use across teams and ensure consistent quality.

• Grow and guide specialist networks: Cultivate and lead a multidisciplinary community of marketing experts and solution architects across Cognizant Moment and adjacent business practices-working together to deliver distinctive, high-impact solutions that reflect the best of our capabilities.

What you need to have to be considered

• Extensive industry experience: You bring deep expertise across the marketing and advertising landscape, including senior-level agency roles and direct engagement with senior marketing stakeholders on high-impact pitches and large-scale deliveries.

• Consulting experience: You've operated within-or in close proximity to-complex global consultancies known for advanced technology capabilities and a broad client base.

• Strategic and creative fluency: With a clear understanding of what excellence looks like in marketing and advertising, you appreciate the enduring value of foundational strategic thinking and creative execution.

• Progressive mindset: Your skillset and passion lie in transformative marketing strategies-leveraging Martech, AI (for strategy, orchestration, and creative development), and emerging technologies to push boundaries.

• Disruptive energy: You're driven to challenge industry norms, building and implementing solutions that outpace traditional agency models.

• Leadership accountability: You've led clients through the delivery of solutions and held responsibility for accounts, ensuring outcomes align with expectations.
